Caplan has also assisted in the closing of agricultural land primed for real estate development, apartments complexes, commercial condo conversions, 1099 Tax Exchanges, real estate projects by syndications, the purchase and sale of individual out parcels, and has represented both landlord and tenant on various commercial leases.
